Резюме
Предлагаемая монография посвящена наиболее важной и актуальной проблеме – изучению грибных заболеваний овощей при хранении, а также разработке перспективных методов борьбы, которые сокращают потери урожая.
В ней отражены вопросы изучения видового состава, систематики, биологии возбудителей заболеваний овощей в помещениях хранилищ Республики, влияния степени повреждения в зависимости от технологии, способов выращивания и сбора урожая, а также разработок мер борьбы и внедрения в производства.
Автором удалось в течении ряда лет исследований, проведенных в условиях Республики Узбекистан, впервые выявить около 40 новых видов грибов. Установлено, что в помещениях хранилищ грибы выделяют фитотоксины. А также установлено, что при хранении овощей и плодов в помещении степень повреждения зависит не только от технологии выращивания, но и от сортов растении, от севооборота и т.д.
С целью сохранения урожая предлагается использовать препараты Бойлитон, Топсин-М, Тилт, КМАХ, Текто и биопрепарат хлопкоспорин, установлена их биологическая и экономическая эффективность. Достоверность полученных результатов исследований доказана методом дисперсионного анализа.
Abstract
The abovementioned monograph is devoted to really important and very actual problem – to studying the different kinds of fungi causing the diseases of vegetables stored in vegetable storehouses in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also to the creation of advanced and effective methods on decreasing losses arising in adverse conditions of storage. In this clause types and quantitative structure of the fungi, the infected vegetables and fruit in vegetable storehouses of Uzbekistan are reflected, their systematization, biology, and also distribution of the illnesses connected with technology of cultivation and harvesting, creation of effective methods of struggle against fungi, for definition of the laws, plants stirring to development, and are resulted the examples, devoted to their introduction after creation.
The Author has defined more than 40 kinds of the fungi which have been not registered earlier during long-term research jobs in conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a result of research features of creation of phytotoxins of fungi in the conditions of storage of vegetables and fruit in storehouses of Uzbekistan have been opened.
During researches the technology of cultivation, harvesting and storage of vegetables and fruit in conditions of vegetable storehouses, methods of cultivation by alternation depending on grades and kinds of grain crops has been certain.
Ways of use of chemical and biological preparations similar cottonsporine as Bayleton, Topsin-M, Tilt, KMAX, Tekto for preventive maintenance of illnesses of vegetables and fruit in conditions of storage in vegetable storehouses have been determined. It has been certain their biological and economic efficiency. Correctness of reception of all research results by the dispersive analysis is proved.
