Резюме
The information and education module was developed on the basis of the results of a research paper by Liu Xin on the topic of his master’s thesis
«Design of the fine arts textbook for children of preschool age».

The experience of modern comprehensive schools of China and Russia has been studied carefully. In each country, the education of children of preschool and primary school age is associated with the socialization norm in the 21st century: it is tutoring on a culture of behavior, a culture of appearance, skills of activity necessary for a person.

From uniformity – to a variety of teaching methods.
At the fine arts lessons the variable teaching method is gradually formed, able to stimulate and support the initiative of the student.
The following methods are used: initiative learning, learning in collaboration, search learning.
Respect for the country’s national symbols is instilled at all age levels: Great Wall of China, black and white panda, lotus.

Let’s name a few personalities (illustrators of children’s books of the Chinese school): Lu Li, Yang Jinsiu, Lei Lin, Zhang Wen, Yang Chongyang, Bai Yang, Liu Mo, Xie Jiayu, Han Xiao.
Let’s name a few personalities (illustrators of children’s books of the Russian school): Ivan Bilibin, Boris Bekhterev, Vladimir Suteev (animated film director), Evgeny Charushin (animal painter), Ivan Semenov (creator of the children’s magazine «Veselye kartinki» (Russian «Funny pictures»)), Evgeny Rachev (author of illustrations about the Siberian taiga).
Illustrators of children’s books follow the traditional canons: objects of household culture, a color complex of means of the fine arts, graphic stylistics of nature and person imaging.
The history of the development of graphic illustrations by Russian artists shows that much attention was paid to national and artistic symbolism in everyday culture, the poetic images of epic characters, nature, and fairy-tale situations.

Innovative point accents of Chinese designers:
1 – shape and design of a toy book for children of preschool and primary school age attracts attention with the appearance of the object, understandable to children. It may be a bus, a gift box, a folding landscape layout with a house.

Main provisions of the author’s pedagogical innovation
Each country with a rich historical and cultural heritage, like China and Russia, has its own national roots in the formation and development of artistic activity and fine arts. Today, this knowledge is important to pass on to children of preschool age.
In the world practice of global informatization, the illusion of virtual phantoms replaces the reality of the national and cultural color and the environment. The danger of blocking the successive transfer of knowledge on the national cultural markers of the country, both in China and in Russia, sets the task for teachers to develop special educational and developmental programs for children of preschool and primary school age.
The variable approach allows to organize programs of studying the basics of fine arts and graphic art, combined with the necessary action skills. This approach is necessary for the socialization of the younger generation in the real life.
An innovative approach to the design of a toy book with a cognitive and developmental effect on children of preschool and primary school age is necessary for the socialization of the younger generation in the real life.
